Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir | Two IED blasts have taken place; one at 10:30pm last night & the other one at 6am, both in an empty bus. Both blasts have a certain similarity. It is likely that they are sticky bombs, but we cannot say that for sure: ADGP Jammu, Mukesh Singh
